A few simple guidelines keep our immersive homes special for every guest — and keep our neighbors happy. Full, current details are confirmed at booking and in your guest information.
Check-in & Access
Each home uses a smart lock for seamless, contactless self check-in. A unique door code is sent 24-48 hours before arrival and is active for the length of your stay. Early check-in and late check-out may be available as an upgrade at the Immersive Spa Retreat — ask your host.
Guests & Occupancy
- Immersive Spa Retreat (Lakewood, CO): 4 bedrooms, sleeps up to 10. For groups of 9-10, a premium queen memory-foam fold-out is set up in the gym as a private sleeping space; a small per-person nightly fee applies for the 9th and 10th guests.
- White Lotus Retreat (Royal Oak, MI): 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8.
- Enchanted Forest Retreat (Thornton, CO): 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8; a queen beanbag bed in the secret room is set up with fresh linens for larger groups.
Events & Gatherings
Events require strict, case-by-case host approval. With approval, some homes can accommodate a larger gathering, with flexible options based on the size and nature of the event. Approval helps us maintain the right atmosphere for everyone and respect the neighbors — so please always ask before planning an event.
Pets
The Enchanted Forest Retreat is designed to be family- and pet-friendly. For pet policies at the other homes, please contact us to confirm before booking.
Licensing
The Immersive Spa Retreat operates under short-term rental hosting permit #STR23-072.
